- The "No Tap Water" Rule: Never rinse your lenses or your lens case with tap water. Only use sterile contact lens solution.
- Rub and Rinse: Even if you use a "no-rub" solution, gently rubbing your lenses in the palm of your hand with a few drops of solution removes protein buildup and cosmetics more effectively.
Daily Habits & Precautions
- Mind the Clock: Do not over-wear your lenses. Stick to the replacement schedule prescribed by your doctor (daily, bi-weekly, or monthly).
